As a building surveyor apprentices will be involved in the development, management, conservation, refurbishment and maintenance of all types of real estate.
Developed in consultation with industry, our apprenticeship builds your knowledge across the range of elements involved in building surveying, including construction technology, building pathology, project management, property management and property law.
Through taught modules and work-based learning, apprentices will be equipped with the necessary knowledge for the RICS Assessment of Professional competence (APC)
