This qualification has been developed for learners wishing to become an accredited Non- Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA).
This programme allows learners to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the non-domestic site energy assessment sector.
The core units are:
| · Conduct energy assessments in a safe, effective & professional manner | · Prepare for energy assessments of non-dwellings to fulfil regulatory requirements for asset ratings |
| · Carry out Building Regulations compliance checks of as-designed and as-built new-build non-dwellings using the Simplified Building Energy Model SBEM | · Undertake energy assessments of existing Level 4 non-dwellings using the Simplified Building Energy Model SBEM |
| · Report on the energy assessment of new and existing non-dwellings using simplified building energy model |
